Review: Soap & Glory What a Peeling Purifying De-Clog Mask

Soap & Glory What a Peeling Purifying De-Clog Mask

Who doesn’t want unclogged pores and clear skin? Which is why on a whim I picked up the recently launched Soap & Glory What a Peeling Purifying De-Clog Mask. Let’s not faff around and get into.

Within the pack you get two pods and a spatula for application, so with each pod as a single use from one purchase you either get two uses or can use the mask on a pamper night with a friend. The two pods are a great way to get multiple uses out of the product especially as a peel off which can start to ball up with exposure to air, it also helps break down at the cost at £2.00 per mask it lines up with what you can expect to

According to the Soap & Glory website the mask promises to: “Just like you, this peel-off mask is totally hard pore. Liquid gel transforms into the lift-off paper strip to smooth, purify and remove all gunk and junk (including blackheads) in one go – it’s so a-peeling! Our multi-tasking mask is power-packed with 10 amazing ingredients including: Kaolin and Bentontie Fine Clay Powders to help absorb excess oil; White Willow Bark to help oil skin; Vitamin C to boost tired Complexions; and scented with exotic tropical fruit.”

“OOO its pink!” the only thought that came into my head as I peeled back the foil of my first pod to try the item for the first time. I don’t know what I was expecting but I wasn’t expecting the brightness of the pink but I love it anyway and it makes it a bit more fun, not quite The Crème Shop level of fun no Pandas, Racoons or Penguins here but you don’t get the same luxury of these possibilities with a peel off mask.

The pack comes with a spatula which is a great idea but I just didn’t seem to get in with it as it is simply too small, making the application longer, more messy and fiddly. In the end I just chucked it and went for the back to basics option of using by hands to apply and I think it just provided a more through and even application of the mask. The mask itself has a thick gloopy textured which weirdly reminded me of PVA, like back in the primary school days where you’d cover your hands in PVA, wait for it to dry and peel it off, ah simpler times.

The thicker texture does mean you can really feel it on your face but it doesn’t bother me too much and it makes you feel like you are doing something good for your skin. After application, you are meant to apply and leave it for 25 minutes by this point it should be fully dry and you can peel off the mask in one go. I must admit it took a lot of will power for me to wait the 25 minutes, as I tend to peel off these types of masks in small sections as each part dries but I wanted to give the mask a proper go. After about 10 or 15 minutes, the masks started to peel around my mouth as it had full dry and as I was talking drinking although it didn’t touch the mask itself it did mean the mask once dry started to peel away from the mouth making it slightly uncomfortable but I persevered. After about 20 minutes the mask had mostly dried, and started to feel tight, letting me know it was almost ready. After 25/30 minutes there was a small patch that hadn’t quite dried, which I think is where I may have accidently applied it that but thicker but the mask was tight and the loosening section around my mouth and nose had started to get pretty uncomfortable so I just had to take it off. To my amazement the mask did in fact peel off all in one, with the exception of the small still non-set area which I had to remove separately.

Soap & Glory What a Peeling Peel Of Mask Pot

Examining the mask afterwards, you can tell that its pulled something out of the skin and my face felt so much clearer. I really enjoyed using this mask and loved using the second pod two as my skin has been slightly problematic the past two weeks, and I feel like this has really helped with the improvement of it. I always wonder sometimes with the Soap and Glory skincare, but these masks definitely feel work it. The pack of two pods is £4.00 from the likes of Boots, making it £2.00 for mask which in reality is a really affordable price especially for a single use mask that really works. Also, if you are apprehensive Boots regularly has offers on Soap & Glory so wait for something that works for you. I’m even tempted to pack a pod with me when I go away later in the year so I can keep on top of my skin while travelling.

Have you tried any of the new Soap & Glory masks, let me know in the comments as I am curious to try more.

August Collective Haul

It’s that time again, let see some of the junk I spent my money on in August. No hesitation let’s get into this.

Bells Shoes: If you haven’t heard of Bell Shoes I seriously recommend checking them out, they offer a great range of name brand shoes at great discounts and offers. I’ve been looking at them for a while and finally brought myself of the Joules Rockingham Wellies in Black Bau Bloom (£34.95 £19.95), cute and 100% practical I think these will get some serious use in the autumn months.

Home Sense 'Skys the Limit' Notebook

Home Sense: I don’t always buy a lot from Home Sense but it is a shop I love to go to, but don’t always buy anything. I love the stationary section, which is where I found the most beautiful “THE SKIES THE LIMIT” Notebook (£4.99), I already know what I want to use if for and its going to look beautiful on my desk.

Boots Part One: I have no idea why I decided to pick up the Soap & Glory What a Peeling Purifying De-Clog Mask (£4.00), but I did. I think I wanted to try out some new masks, and this seemed like a good opportunity. I am looking to create a review shortly.

Superdrug: Another collective haul and another appearance of the Nivea Daily Essentials Express Hydration Primer (£4.99 £2.39), I’ll never do my makeup without it as such a core item and I made sure to pick it up on offer.

Boots Part Two: Although we all know the benefits of a proper skin care routine, if we are honest sometimes we just cannot be bothered with the effort and want a quick and easy option. With a voucher in hand I picked up the No 7 Beautiful Skin Quick Thinking Wipes (£5.00 £2.00), normally I find £7 a bit steep for wipes but one of the women from work gave me a voucher and £2.00 for a pack brings it in line with other wipes I may potentially purchase. Let’s see if these are worth the price tag.

What did you pick up this month? Let me know in the comments and I start to finally get around to unpacking the shopping bags and putting all of these items in their place. If you want more hauls, a Primark August Haul will be up next Friday, keep your eyes peeled.

November Favourites

november faves

November has been a good month for me, starting the month off with a visit from my boyfriend, and signing a permanent contract at my work after a 3 month temporary contract, for a different job role. All in all a great month and I’ve being building up something exciting for December for you guys which you may of seen hints about it over on my twitter if you’ve had a keen eye but I’ve put a lot of work into it.

I decided to ‘Shop my Stash’ earlier this month in terms of eyeshadows making and effort to use products I haven’t used in a while although I do admit they are all similar colours. I broke out my Body Shop Shimmer Cubes for the first time in months and I love it, everything you need in one small palette whether you want a full smoky eye or something more subtle. I love to pair this with the P.S Love Liquid Eyeliner in Black, it’s taken forever for me to get into using liquid eyeliner as I used to be so bad at it opting for shadow and an angled brush which I still love it just gives it a very different look and feel. I’ve finally perfected a very thin line of liquid eyeliner which really helps frame the eyes but it’s still subtle. I picked up the Primark liquid eyeliner so it was cheap if I gave in but this is amazing truly black, easy to use and non-streaky I highly recommend picking it up.

nov faves ft maybelline & mus

As it’s fully into autumn and pretty much winter now, it gives me an excuse to break out the darker nail varnishes which I got at totally the wrong time of year to begin with and I can finally fully enjoy them. I’ve also being really loving the darker nail colours but I’ve being loving my Illamasqua Nail Polish in Viridian, it’s a beautiful dark green shade it kind of reminds me of a Christmas Tree with the shine and its beautiful for this time of year. In a complete contrast in budget and colour, I have been loving the MUA Nail Polish in Red Rose. It is such a vibrant and bright red, and considering the £1.00 price point it goes on fairly opaque and it feels kind of festive.

nove faves ft soap and glory and botanical choice

After a lapse in using face masks regularly in October and I’ve managed to get back into using my face mask and I have been using the Soap & Glory The Fab Pore Face Mask twice a week. I reviewed it back in August  and it really just clears out pores and leaves your skin feeling fresh and clean I feel as though my skin is so much better for using it although I wish that I had taken before and after so I could see if it made a visible difference to my skin but I feel as though there is a visible improvement.

Sometimes it’s hard to get a good night’s sleep and as the days get shorter there is little to no daylight outside my work hours, which means some days I barely have natural light. You’re body gets tired and you just feel drained, and it seems harder to shut off at night as with electric lighting the lighting doesn’t change. So the bags have been growing my eyes and bags have got worse under my eyes. So to freshen up my eyes and reduce the bags I have been loving the Botanical Choice Dark Circle Reducer Sunflower Eye Patches, which are a bargain at £1.79 for 4 sets which is so cheap compared to similar products.

November Favourites face mask and dressing gown

Attractive i know 😉 😛

Totally random other favourite this month, with this grey kind of festive Dressing Gown from Primark, its super soft and fluffy, and was a really good price at only £10. I brought it in a size up so it’s huge, as well as going down to my knees so I’m fully covered, there is also two huge pockets so you can keep your phone or goodies in the pockets. I love this in the morning especially after I’ve had my shower to make a coffee to drink while I get ready. I even hang it over the corner of the radiator so it’s nice and toasty. Don’t you just love autumn?

So what have you being loving this November? Let me know in the comments what you have being loving over November and do you have any festive recommendations for the coming month?

Empties #8

Empties #8

Another empties for you again today, something that I feel as though I am always doing so I like to spread them out and they end up backing up. Saying that I am unsure if I would want to do a monthly empties as I feel as though it might be loads one month and nothing the next. My current method I feel as though works as I make the post when it feels worth it to do so, so let me know what you think monthly empties or when I have a significant amount of empties. This is a long once so brace yourself.

makeup empties

Soap and Glory Kick Ass Concealer in Light: This was a huge dud for me, not only was it was too dark but the texture was completely wrong for me, making my skin look dried out and barely blending. I was initially put off by the too dark colour but tried it anyway for review purposes, I was so disappointed I never got round to the review. I finally managed to finish it by using it as a eyeshadow primer as its still a better primer that the soap and glory eyeshadow primer and I hate wasting my money.

Would I repurchase this: bottom line, no. There are way better stick concealers out there or even doe foot concealers in the drug store for much less.

Soap and Glory It’s About Prime Eyeshadow Primer: This was another Soap and Glory dud and if you’ve gathered from above it was useless. It barely extended the life of my eyeshadow and worst of all it made primers that didn’t crease previously, crease when using this underneath. Also for the same price you can get a travel sized Urban Decay Primer Potion, and the urban decay travel sized contains more. So spend your money on the urban decay primer potion faultless and it costs the same. I don’t know if the other colour is better as I have the nude champagne colour but I’m not willing to try.

Would I repurchase this: another rather obvious no, opt for urban decay travel size as mentioned above same price for slightly more.

Off topic but am I the only one who Soap and Glory products don’t work for, I haven’t tried the brow products and the bronzer is alright. I think it is an occasion where it is a brand that doesn’t work for me but if it works for you go for it. Still there skin care and bath products are in general really good but I think I won’t bother with the makeup anymore.

Rimmel Fix & Perfect Pro Primer: I’m still not sure who recommended this one to me and it was you I’m so sorry, this is amazing. My favourite primer is still probably my bareMineral primer but this is way more affordable and will be one that I will continue to purchase. A thick cream primer that just sets up your skin nicely and meshs well with other Rimmel Foundations. Personally I find that Rimmel does some of the best foundations within the drug store, does anyone else find this?

Would I repurchase this: most definitely.

Rimmel London Wake Me Up Concealer in Ivory: This is a great concealer and a good level of brightening as it is the wake me up formula, it is definitely more of under eye rather than a spot concealer due to the brightening properties but it’s a very good drug store concealer.

Would I repurchase this: yes I already have a second one.

Saiva Med Lip Care: I’ve had this for ages and its started to look a bit off so I’m getting rid of it. It has no scent but is great at treating and hydrating the lips and I’m trying to look out for another one, only problem is my mum picked it up in Lidli so I might have to get looking online.

Would I repurchase this: If I ever find it again yes, great for treating damaged lips.

P.S. Love Egg Shaped Makeup Sponge: This has done me since February/March time I think but it’s got passed its best and it just looks worse for wear every time I attempt to clean it. Although it is fairly firm I really love applying my make up with this it just blends everything so easily and helps me look flawless.

Would I repurchase this: I already have.

skincare empties

Lacura Facial Cleansing Wipes for Normal Skin: These I picked up from Aldi on a whim as I thought tesco had stopped doing their everyday wipes but magically they are back. These were alright as far as wipes go and they were relatively inexpensive although I cannot remember the exact price, less than £1.00 anyway. Generally really good and managed to move most of the makeup. Good for if you want to take makeup off before doing a proper routine later or just to clean up your face part way through the day if it’s a bit grimy.

Would I repurchase: probably, not in a rush to repurchase but I wouldn’t not get them again.

Superdrug Deep Action Anti-Blemish Gel: Most of my skin problems are hormonal, time of the month and all that, so I cannot prevent them and all I really have to do is make an effort to reduce them. This is where this came in handy, in order to reduce spots especially the big ones that seem to magically appear and you think you’d need a miracle to get rid of them. Sure they aren’t magically gone in 12 hours but when does that ever happen. It does however, significantly reduce the amount of time it’s there.

Would I repurchase: Yes, I already have but I always wait until superdrug has a regular offer such as 1/3-1/2 off own brand skincare.

Superdrug Deep Cleansing Facial Sheet Mask: I love sheet masks as they are so simple yet this was a bit of a miss for me, I love there refreshing sheet mask. This semi stung when it tingled and smelt like old talcum powder, yeah so basically not worth it.

Would I repurchase: No way!

The Body Shop Vitamin E Cream Cleanser and The Body Shop Vitamin E Hydrating Toner (Travel Sizes/60ml): I am doing these as a pair as I’m only used these as a pair, I have mentioned them in previous posts and I really enjoy them. I am not sure how to describe the scent but it’s very subtle, and they go on so smooth and easily leaving your skin feeling amazing. Also they are highly effective at removing makeup

Would I repurchase: probably.

Simple Kind to Skin + Brightening Eye Makeup Remover Pads: I got these for travelling which you will be able to see in my travel toiletries post here. These are so-so they do a decent job at removing makeup but not perfect, I prefer the Halo eye makeup remover pads. They are good for travel and not a bad buy. Yet with the travel size make up removers and cleansers becoming more common I think I am less likely to buy these sorts of things while travelling.

Would I repurchase: unsure.

deoderant empties

It is somewhat worrying that I have enough deodorants to warrant to move them out of random and move them in to a section of them own. To be honest two of them are miniatures which makes it slightly better.

Sanex Dermo Pro Hydrate Anti-Perspirant Deodorant: I think this was in my last empties too as I brought them on a multi-buy offer, I am not loyal to any one deodorant I just tend to buy what’s on offer. Yeah its alright and does its job there isn’t much to say.

Would I repurchase: yeah why not.

Dove Go Fresh Anti-Perspirant in Pomegranate and Lemon Verbena (Travel Size): Although these travel sized ones aren’t value for money, I find them so irresistible and cute I cannot help buying them. Also in the summer months it’s sometimes nice to keep one in your bag because you know sweat. This is my all-time favourite deodorant scents and I regularly buy the full size version of this.

Would I repurchase: Yes!

Sure Women Long Lasting Protection in Bright (Travel Size): I never normally get sure products but I wanted another miniature and this seemed like the best option. I actually thoroughly enjoyed it and might look to try more sure deodorants in future:

Would I repurchase: Probably.

random empties

Colgate FluriGard Daily Rinse: I love this mouth wash, it really freshens your breath and cleans your mouth. I know most of the time all mouth washes do the same thing and this is on the pricier side of mouth wash but I couldn’t imagine using anything else. It was first recommended to me by my orthodontist when I got my braces when I was 10/11, so yeah I’ve been using this for a good 10 years now I’m not going back now.

Would I repurchase: Definitely.

Nailene Ultra Quick Nail Glue: I tend to buy primark nails as they are so pretty and tend to be well made, especially for £1-£2.00 per set but the glue is a bit so-so. Therefore I buy this amazing nailene glue, it really does the job and takes ages to dry up so I can take ages between wearing false nails. Highly recommend it for whatever nails you buy and buying this for one set of Primark nails is cheaper than buying an elegant touch set and they look just as good.

Would I repurchase: Definitely.

Quite a healthy mix of empties this time. Have you tried any of these products and if so what did you think of them.

Morrison’s Sensitive Aloe Vera Shave Gel: I’ve gone through a number of these now and I know it has appeared in a few empties, it is a brilliant inexpensive shave gel and leaves my legs soft and smooth. This is a staple in my bathroom cabinet.

Would I repurchase: I always do.

Gillette Satin Care Pure & Delicate Shave Gel: I actually liked having the smaller size for ease of travel, meaning I could keep having soft legs while away as I feel like shave gel makes such a different. I will definitely look a pick up the smaller sizes if I’m going away again it is definitely worth it.

Would I repurchase: yes.

Cussons Carex Complete Strawberry Laces Refreshing Hand Gel: I think I have mentioned it before that I don’t like alcohol smelling gels. This didn’t smell like strawberry laces but it had that synthetic strawberry scent and I really enjoyed it, other than the smell it’s a hand gel and does its job a definate must in my bags.

Would I repurchase: yes but I’m not fused by what my hand gel I have as long as I have one.

Argan Oil Deep Moisturising Foot Pack: I love foot packs but this one left my feet feeling super odd, I think I’ll go back to the peppermint or tea tree foot packs from now on.

Would I repurchase: no.

Phew! That’s everything and it can now all go into my recycling, well everything that is recyclable of courses. Have you tried any of these and what did you think of them.

Review: Soap and Glory The Fab Pore 2-in-1 Facial Mask & Peel

Soap and Glory the fab pore 2-in-1

I’ve wanted to try a proper face mask for a while but with it being a while since I tried a non-sachet face mask as I’ve had a few bad reactions to some in the past. I’ve been wanting to try the Soap & Glory The Fab Pore 2-in-1 Pore Purifying Mask & Peel and it was on offer in Boots so I took that as a sign to buy it. I brought this mid-July and after using it for a while I know feel as though I can now make a full review on it.

Soap and Glory, fab pore 2-in-1

The Packaging

The box reflects the usual Soap and Glory packaging with a pin up/ 1940s girl on the front, which as I’ve said before it’s not my personal taste but it fits in with the rest of the range. Then like a lot of the skin care it comes in a crisp white matte packaging, a beautiful tub with the logo embossed on the lid, a style I much prefer. The product is a good size and the tub is sturdy, the only thing is a lot of skin care around this price point is in glass packaging which is slightly more luxurious

What does it promise?

According to the Soap & Glory website this mask promises to:

“Infused with SUPERFRUIT™ YUZU and Soap & Glory’s super-active secret weapon, PORESHRINK-R™, this deep cleansing facial treatment is a must-have for any girl who wants to see less of her large pores. Use once-a-week for maintenance (unclogging pores, spot prevention, and face detoxing), or twice weekly if you’re battling breakouts. Guaranteed to give exhausted skin its fresh back. Genius in a jar!”

How to use it?

There are two ways in which you can use this face mask, depending on time you can use it for a deep clean or a quick refresher. You need to massage the fab pore into the skin, with a focus on the T-zone working it into the skin in order to sort it all out. If you are clog prone it just simply leave it for 5 minutes for a quick refresher or if you would like a more deep clean leave for 15 minutes. Rinse well and the use a moisturiser or treatment cream to finish off, to ensure you skin stays hydrated after a deep clean. It recommends to use the mask 1-3 times a week, which problem varies on how you wish to use it, certainly with a deep clean you would only opt to do it once a week.

soap and glroy, the fab pore 2-in-1 mask and peel

The Verdict

I love the feel of this mask feeling smooth and air whipped (in my opinion), with the obvious exception of the tiny microbeads which disappear as you work it in. It just feels amazing on your fingers. It’s also one of those where you can put a thick or thin layer on depending what you prefer really. So how did I find it?

Oddly enough the first time I used it I opted for the deep cleanse the first time I used it, which for some completely odd reason seemed like the most logical choice. So I took a little bit out on my finger tips and massaged it into my face, following the directions on the box and paying particular attention to the t-zone. It starts with quite a bit of microbeads which as you work it into the skin appear to disappear or ‘pop’. Then I simple left it on and went to go and do something else. The mask will dry completely in the 15 minute time period but unlike other masks it doesn’t feel drying on the skin which is a pleasant change. To take it off I simple ran a flannel under warm water and took it off making small circles, rinsing occasionally. The best way I can describe the freshness you feel is, is like that fresh intake of breath you take after eating a strong mint, which is an odd sensation as it takes a while to get used too. Regardless of any odd feelings, it did leave my skin feeling a lot smoother to the touch as feels fresher and cleaner. I have definitely enjoyed it and I can see a clear difference in my skin especially on the first day or so.

So on to using it for the short time period of around 5 minutes. Once again it does a similar thing leaving my face feeling clean and fresh, but obviously not to the same extent. This is defiantly my fault for trying the longer first and in comparison my skin does feel smooth and clean just not as clean. Just another thought I mentioned previously about it not feeling drying on the skin, this appears to be a terms of thickness thing. If you so a thin layer it is definitely drying and tight but this is definitely a personal preference thing and takes nothing away from the results given by the face mask.

So I don’t think I would bother with the 5 minute mask again, but using the 15 minute mask once a week will fit in a lot better with my lifestyle as I am not going to spend ages on a skincare routine in the morning/evening I choose one that is simple and effective as I just want to chill when I get home on a evening. While 15 minutes on a Friday Night or at the weekend is much better fit my life. That’s the thing with skin care and face masks although you do need to make time for it pick products and a routine that works for you. I think this had made a difference to my skin but trialing it in a period where I wouldn’t suffer it form breakouts in general has made this difficult, but in general my skin feels nicer.

I do think it’s a good product, and definitely worth picking up on offer to see about repurchasing I think wait to see when it’s done, depends if I decided to try something new. I don’t get the name the mask and peel thing seems a little bit off for me as there isn’t really a peel aspect to it but hey its up to them.

Collective Haul July

July Collective Haul

I’ve picked up bits and bobs throughout July and I’ve tried to keep stuff aside to keep everything for the haul but obviously you don’t always manage. So here’s a collection or random bits I picked up throughout July.

Poundland Haul ft. Pampers, Maybelline and L'Oreal Paris

Poundland

I love poundland for picking up bits and pieces, I am yet to try their own brand items but you can some great branded products for cheap. Some of the brands it’s discontinued, items that aren’t available in this country or just the initial packaging in the foreign packaging. So first up I picked up the Maybelline Color Show Blush ‘em! I have no idea what shade this is but it has a proper pink shade and then more of a coraly pink shade which is beautiful. The only thing I think is a shade is that it is only half the packaging as there is a brush in too, but it’s such a lovely colour and only cost £1.00 so I can’t complain. I also picked up the L’Oreal Paris Color Riche Nail Polish in 505 Wild Purple, I’ve always wanted to try the Color Riche polishes but something always stops me. I love this type of purple polish, so I know I’m going to get a lot of use out of this.

I also got a car in July, so you will see a theme in which quite a few bits reflect this. I always think wet wipes are a must have, as you can clean up spills and mess as well as freshen up. I picked up a pack of Pampers Natural Clean Fragrance Free Wipes, I always opt for baby wipes as they are much kinder to the skin, and I thought the £1 for 64 wipes wasn’t a bad price although sometimes with stuff like poundland you need to be careful as you could get stuff cheaper elsewhere but this didn’t seem like a bad price.

Poundworld Car Haul

Poundworld

Another pound shop now, you can pick up some great bargain. Both of these are for my car. First up is a Little Trees Bubble Berry Air Freshener which smells amazing, really sweet and fruity. I just wanted a cheap air freshener initially incase I decided I didn’t want one. I also picked up Go Auto Cleaning Windscreen Cleaning Pads, which included a microfiber pad and a chamois pad which will sort out most of my car needs.

boots soap and glory

Boots

I popped into Boots Mid-July and managed to stop myself from looking at makeup as I really want to use up some of the stuff I have at the moment before buying anything else. I did however want to get some new skincare/face mask and when I saw Soap and Glory skincare had money off I couldn’t resist. I managed to control myself and ended up picking up only one mask, settling on the Soap and Glory The Fab Pore 2-in-1 Pore Purifying Mask and Peel which was £6.66 down from £10.00. I am planning to write a review of it shortly so keep your eyes peeled.

primark Haul

Primark

I also brought some clothing from Primark which you can check out here. If you were unaware I have started a new job and got a car which I am trying to avoid mentioning but when all my purchases are mainly based around these things its hard not to. I own a ceramic hello kitty travel mug with a silicon lid which I love but it isn’t the most practical so I picked up a Travel Mug from Primark home. With a sturdy screw on lid and a flip lid I can take a coffee or even cold drinks such as fruit water, smoothies ect to work with me or even drink when I am stuck in traffic. There are loads of cute designs, I just went something simple, available from the Home department of Primark for £3.50.

I also picked up a replacement P.S. Love Egg Makeup Sponge, my other one is on the way out and is stained no matter how much I try to clean it. Yet at £1.50 I don’t mind getting a replacement I’ve had the previous one since Febuary so if you want to try these shaped sponges the Primark one is a great option. Finally from Primark I picked up a candle, I’ve brought quite a few in the past not this scent though as it smells absolutely divine. It’s the Blackcurrant & Forest Plum Candle it’s one of the large ones and is meant to last up to 30 hours which isn’t bad. It also comes in a beautiful plum glass holder which I will probably use after for decoration/storage as it’s a good size and purple is both me and my boyfriend’s favourite colour.

So yeah those are the few bits I picked up over the course of July, I like doing a monthly collective haul although if it’s a big haul I think I will still do it separately. I will be back on Friday with a weekend pamper kit.
